The original companion to Baladee Bread for thousands of years. A blend of fava beans, chickpeas and lentils, slow-baked for 12 hours and delicately seasoned with extra virgin cold pressed vegetable oils, rich tomato sauce, grilled peppers, garlic, lemon and lime and gentle hints of aromatic Egyptian spices.
Accompanied with Baladee bread, this dish is a nutritious and flavoursome meal. Can be eaten hot or cold.
