Baladee Nut&Spice Dukka
Nut&Spice Duqqa is a flavoursome, nutritious and highly versatile Egyptian condiment. Nut&Spice Duqqa is made from expertly roasted nuts, spices and seeds including hazelnuts, almonds, apricot kernels, sesame seeds and coriander seeds, which are then ground and mixed to the optimum texture.
Nut&Spice Duqqa is traditionally eaten as a snack or ‘dry dip’ with bread or vegetable sticks but its uses are limited only by your imagination. Sprinkle Nut&Spice Duqqa on salads, dips, stews, chips, pizza or soups for an enriched flavour, added nutrition, dietary fibre and texture.
